Nice to meet you. So I am from The Netherlands, Amsterdam to be precise. I am not the tallest guy, size smurf “but what I lack in height I make up with good hearing” (kudos if you know that quote) and I don't have the biggest crib because it's a studio apartment in the center of the city (since I'm still remodeling it up I am currently NOT hosting, hopefully soon).

About me, well here’s me in a nutshell. Some things I like, art this includes looking at it or trying to make it myself. I love a good book (yes I actually read paper works) Photography i mostly bring my camera and a good book in my bag t.b.h. it is kind of standard to have that with me.

Vintage stuff (treasure hunting in thrift stores is awesome ok) Rockabilly’s steampunk, tattoos love it! I’m the type of person that still buys vinyl records from the classics to the modern day music special limited editions) I like to collect and hoard weird stuff too.

Travel is most likely my most favorite activity (I used to travel a lot in a sprinter camper across Europe, the Americas and Asia), city trips, last minutes oh and hiking trips because I don’t mind camping either and be Zen with nature.

FOOD in general that includes me cooking food but lately I’m lazy and since I moved, I don’t cook much at home and I don’t have the space, because of this it’s more dining and wining out or order in,

Other things I like well animals fudge who doesn’t like animals especially the cute ones, (kite) surfing, long boarding, cycling, I am also a big geek and nerd so I love stuff like dnd, anime, comics, manga, cosplay, boardgames and videogames (pc games, playstation, xbox)

All in all I’m a weird mixed goofball but always enjoying life and living it to the fullest. Oh and I love pizza Hawaii. (I think I'll be losing points for this with the Italians but it's so tasty!!)

I love to travel a lot myself and meet people in general and I know it can suck sometimes to find a place for a night nowadays hotels can be very expensive for one or two nights, hostels might not be your thing so couchsurfing is the way to go ;)

My Favorite Music.

I'm pretty easy because I have a wide variety of musical interest in genre's. Different era's in time, International music Italian, Spanish, Japanese, etc. But the basics of course like Pop, Indie, Rock, Metal, Funk, Soul, RNB, Old Skool Hip Hop, EDM, Psychedelic, Techno, Hardbass, Hardstyle, Hardcore etc. and so and so on. I honestly can’t live without it. Parties and festivals from time to time yes please. From live bands and etc but clubbing is not my thing anymore kinda passed that. Any type of music genre whatever I’m in the mood for.

My Favorite Movies.

I am a vivid movie lover wether I watch it at a cinema, arthouse, at home or outside with a beamer. I love Film Noir, Arthouse, Animation, Studio Ghibli, 80's/90's movies, Documentaries. binge watch the series too Netflix and all the other streaming services tbh any type of movie genre will do (but I’m always down to watch classic horrors).

Books.

When it comes to books I'm more into the genre of detectives, thrillers and historic novels. But one of my favorite writers would be George Orwell. I do always have a book with me when I'm traveling short trips or long ones.

All in all when it comes to Music, Movies or Books the titles are just too many to name.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I had to hitchhike back from Greece to The Netherlands because I spend my last money on a beach party instead of a ticket back, I know, I know don’t judge but all in all the experience was totally worth it and awesome and so was the beach party btw.

But the real reason why this was awesome to me was that I found out I was capable of doing things totally out of my comfort zone. After I finally reached home 2 years later I went on major hitchhiking trip.

As I mentioned earlier I work in through weekdays from home but I love to teach you about our city by doing some site seeing and share our culture with you but at the same time I love to learn about your country and it’s culture plus the language itself. So maybe after work we can get a drink or dine out and get to know you guys a bit more and especially interested in your traveling stories and maybe meetup with other friends and people from the CS Community while were at it.
