I´m a Zen practitioner, Mindfulness Instructor and Political Scientist, trying to get ahead an initiative to extend wellness practices into vulnerable population, also desiring so bad learning italian language and culture. Never tourist, always a traveller, prefer staying at places for more than just a pair of days, expending time with locals and walking long hours getting lost and letting spaces surprise me.
