I am solo traveler who loves to see, feel, smell and taste the 🌍
Not typical tourist as I am strong minded, pretty independent, very honest and fair (let’s be honest from beginning 😂). Better to do not give me hard questions or any tasks before coffee in the morning.

Apparently I am fun but also very scary😏. If you can handle me…you can handle everything!

I am not foodie although I like to taste local food, but it is not my priority….although street food in some countries is just wow.

I am always looking for someone local as meeting new people, learn about new culture, going to different places and yes, talk about life over the coffee and yes, help me out with language … that’s why I prefer local people over the official guides. I found them boring and not flexible and I rather have someone bit cheeky and relax, open minded with spoken English than professional guide who repeat all the same.

I am rarely looking for free accommodation as I like my privacy and happy to pay for some hotel, but to do hangouts, be for day or to together and explore…that’s why I like CS. Also I hate to eat alone so I need a partner 🤦🏼‍♀️😂😂

Also after lots of “offers” and messages have to say this:
I am NOT up to finding “holiday romance”, one night stands or any kind of fun like that!!! Neither boyfriend nor husband. I am not sugar mummy either😂 and CS is NOT dating side for me!
I am not accepting “friendship” on CS, Facebook or Instagram until we will meet or have long conversation over messages and/or phone sorry…. just give up guys …. I am too old and wise for that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Would love to connect with locals in my future travels and found someone who is willing to show me around for a day or two or five or even travel with me for a bit.😂
And hangouts for a few hours just to chitchat and exchange our culture

Music, Movies, and Books

I don’t have just one style of music which I listen. It depends on my mood but just a few examples:

- Derik Fein - found him accidentally (Facebook suggests) and absolutely felt in love with his lyrics which feels like he wrote some songs from deep of my soul. He made me crying in public transport when listening his songs but also put peace in my mind

- Any Latino music makes me dance (inside of me as I am pretty shy)
- Pentatonix - to make a music without instruments, just with voices … they got me
- George Ezra, Jack Savoretti etc - their voices are just balm for my soul
- Lindsey Stirlling - the sound of her violin in atypical way
- Ummet Ozcan - although party time is way behind me I wish to attend one of his rave

Movies:
No action or horror for me. Some good, inteligent comedy with sarcasm, trillers, fantasy, documentary…I don’t have favourite to be honest

Books:
Trillers mostly, but to be honest last time when I read and finished the book was on holidays

-Sorted situation when driver left me with 3 orphans in the middle of nowhere in Kenya and never came back
- started travel when I was 40 years old solo and still going
- sponsoring education for one little girl in Uganda

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach - I can talk for ages about my travels, show you photos, give you some info and recommendations.
Also to be with me is a challenge. You can learn how to deal with moody woman 😂
