About Me
Dear Couchsurfers and Hosts,
We are Marta and Adam. Both in our mid-30s and 18 months into our crazy trip around the world.
We quit our jobs, gave up our rental flat in London, sodl our car and most of valuable items, left the rest in storage with our family and Warsaw, and we hit the road. We have seen some amazing places and met some incredible people along our route through south and central America. We snorkelled with turtles and manta rays in Belize, hiked up volcanoes in Chile, marvelled at glaciers in Patagonia, were left speachless admiring Iguazu Falls, traveleld New Zealand in a camper van, ate our body weight in Pho in Vietnam...And the list is ever growing. A lot of those experiences were facilitated and made more enjoable through local recomendations and interactions. We are true believers in experiencing places through the eyes of a local, not through a travel brochure. So if you would like to show us a little bit of your home town or city or hear some of our travel stories, let’s couchsurf!
You can have a look at some of our adventures on our blog:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A big part of travel for us is meeting people. This is what makes it all the more memorable and allows us to experince the destination trully and fully, not through the prism of a tourist tailored experience. We are open to meeting new friends, like minded travellers, exchanging storeis, experiences and learnign about new cultures. We love sharing a meal and learning about your life and customs.
