Overview
About Me
I am a simple, and easygoing person, i like to laugh and have fun, however at first i am a bit shy until i get to know you. I love the career i've studied and am willing to start to work as a doctor (now I am preparing the final exam in order to chose in what area to specialize). I love helping others and i also like others helping me when i need it, I think together people become huge. I am openminded and love hearing people's stories, beliefs and opinions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love travelling around the world and not only meeting people but actually getting to know them. I think CS is a perfect way to do this as you cohabit and share basically your life with either the host or the visitor.
I was first hosted this summer by two different couch surfers in my country (Spain) and the experience was so lovely that I'm willing to repeat as many times as i can.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love very different kinds of music but if i must choose, Pink Floyd and David Bowie are my favourites. I also enjoy hip-hop and reggae (I am a firm lover of the Rototom festival).
Since I went to Philippines I started to think more about changing my way of life and being more conscious of my decisions, then I saw " Into the wild" and "Captain Fantastic" and felt joyful.
But I like loads of movies, specially those directed by the Cohen brothers ( Great Lebowsky, Burn after reading...), Tarantino (Pulp Fiction and unglorious bastards), "Sin city", "The dreamers"...
My favorite book is "Siddhartha" which I think everyone should read in some moment of life. "Demian" also from Herman Hess is incredible too! I also love Bukowski (all of his books I've read are unforgettable), Tender is the night (F.S.Fitzgerald), The alquimist (Paulo Coelho), Brave new world (Aldous Huxley), Los renglones torcidos de Dios (Torcuato Luca de Tena), The unbearable lightness of being (Milan Kundera)...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've volunteered as a medical student in Philippines and Ghana with two different NGOs. They have been, without doubt, the best experience in my live as people there were absolutely generous even if they had nothing. I am trying to learn from other people to apply this myself.
