I'm a 35yo who loves new adventures :-). I work as an English teacher and translator/interpreter, so being able to communicate with people is sth I truly love - that's one of the reasons I'm on couchsurfing! I also work as a photographer and this year I started painting. A student as much as a teacher :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting new people from all around the world is thrilling for me. I love learning about different cultures and perspectives on life. It shows me both how similar and how different we are and I truly appreciate it. Also, I like discovering that my belief in the good in people has solid foundations ;-).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just one? ;-) I thrive on adventures, so I've had plenty (and will gladly tell you about some of them if you want :-)). I guess if I had to chose one... Last year I got a job as an interpreter for an International Competition for Conductors. I've been a technical translator for 18years so classical music was sth completely new for me, but I really enjoyed the experience! Especially that it was streamed live, one of the most stressful and yet most successful challenges of my life :D

Teach, Learn, Share

I find creativity in all things, big or small. I take photos, I paint, I cook. I will gladly share with you my knowledge and experience in all walks of life. And I'm a really good listener :-).
Oh, and pretty much every week I play board games in English so bring it on!
