I am a happy person, very sociable, talkative, honest, and open-minded who like to live new experiences, travel, nature and meet new people. I love my friends, family and the place where i live is my small paradise. I LOVE my boyfriend too Who i share my Life Since 17 years algo.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I participe hosting people and been hosted. I think with couchsurfing you can have wonderful experiences and meet incredible people who will write new pages in the book of your life. Also is the best way to exchange the real culture, fell you as a local or make feel other people as a local in your country. Show them the real spanish culture or learn about real culture for the people who is hosting you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I don,t like hostels and nothing similiar because you can,t know the real places culture. Only if you understand the life as a incredible world where you can give and recibe you will can use properly couchsurfing. It is a great to discover the plante secrets, the life secrets.

Interests

I like sports (swimming, running, treking, climbing, pilates, etc) and the nature. I love travelling and read books, listen music, eat, and meet new people. My pasion is yoga and travel.
Nowadays i am very inside the yoga and the meditation.
Also i love to dance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was living one year in Asia, in Nepal, India and Myanmar, working in very interesting projects, about pemaculture, bioconstruction, eduction and social and sanitary fields. I was travelling by hich hiking and living there as a local. There, i learned about yoga and budism. Nowadays i am yoga teacher, also.
Also i was living one year in Italy, working as voluntear in a project with people with drugs problems.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach yoga, cook healthy recipes, i love dance, and i am learnig to play a traditional instrument from my region (Galicia, spain). I love sports, travel and learn every day something new. I love humble and curios people.
I would like to find people with positive energy to spreed the love and altruism which can change the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer to enjoy fantastic moments, with interesting conversations, i am open to try new experiences . I am very polite, independient and respectful at the same time. I can cook spanish or vegetarian recipes.
But my favourite activity i can offer is yoga . I love It, i can offer beautifull yoga class from heart.💙🌿
