ABOUT ME
My motto : "Smile and stay positive like a proton" :)
I am definitely an optimist! Because why worry? Life's too short for that, I believe we shall smile everyday and be thankful for what we are given:)
I have already travelled a lot - mainly Europe. I love to travel with my friends, we make spontaneous trips. Last year we spontaneously flew to Iceland, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albiania... I love such trips : ) My last trip was a car-trip through entire Bavaria (Germany) - a lovely region!
I lived for one year in Berlin during my studies. I can say that I know this city inside out and I have fallen in love with it. Berlin's atmosphere is one of a kind. I am sure I will come back there one day.
However, my beloved city is Budapest - magical in every aspect!
I've recently come back from 2 months volunteering in Cardiff, UK. I believe that everyone should do volunteering at least once in their lives - it is a great and eye-opening experience : )
Now I'm traveling around SE Asia and working at the same time - I consider myself a digital nomad. And to be honest I love my life!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Well, my experience with CS is small. I have used it twice only when I travelled to Finland and Sweden. In Finland I met a girl who gave me a tour around Helsinki, and in Sweden I was hosted by an amazingly opened guy!
I must admit that so far CS was amazing experience! Meeting absolutely new people, who after 5 min seem like friends, who you have known through entire life - pricless. I hope to have more CS adventures in the future!
Interests
Traveling is my passion #1 !! Discovering new places is something I'd love to do for the rest of my life :)
Besides traveling, I go out a lot, meet with friends. I always seek for non-common ways of spending my free time. For example, I go to the meetings organized by travelers and I listen to their stories, I go to story-telling evenings, free city tours, I bake cakes. I must admit that I am really good at baking - I even baked my own strawberry b-day cake - it was super delicious! :)
I love sports - aerobics, gym, ice-skating, skiing, swimming. My dream is to try parachute jumping! :)
Music, Movies, and Books
First of all - Michael Jackson. I simply love his music, it makes me feel better. I brings this kind of positive spirit into my life. I have all his CDs, a lot of books about him, and my room is full of his posters :D
I aso have a huge sticker of Michael on my ceilng right above my bed - so it's the first thing I see each morning when I wake up!
I'm a bit crazy about Michael Jackson, but it doesn't mean that I don't listen to other artists! I like Roxette, Abba, Adele, Pink, Colbie Caillat, Guns'n'Roses (Axl's voice is soooo amazing!), Rammstein and others. It's hard to list them all :)
Books: fantasy, travel, novels - I simply love reading. Diving into the imaginary world is something I couldn't live without.
Movies: oh, boy ,that will be tough.. so many! My fav are all movies by Tarantino, Almodovar, Allen. But my top director is Tim Burton! I adore his movies. If additionally Johnny Depp and Helena Bohnam Carter act there - I'm in heaven! I love all kind of action movies (Marvel), sci-fi, comedies, Oscar winning films. My taste in movies is very diversified so I'm sure we'll find a common ground : )
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've seen Aurora Borealis (nordic lights) in Iceland. I don't even have words to describe it. It was simply amazing show of what nature can do. I was standing there, in the middle of nowwhere, staring at the sky, with my jaw wide open. And I just stared. Did nothing more. I cherished the moment I was given.. I would love to experience that again!
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn aboout your culture, country, city you live in. I would love to explore it from your point of view. Seeing the places from inhabitants perspective is a unique experience that is not given to those who just stay at hotels, and follow travel guides. I don't say it's bad! It's also cool. But not so deep as exploration with someone who lives there everyday :)
I would love to taste the local cuisine as well. But, please, not too spicy : )
