ABOUT US

We are a couple from Poland. We love adventures, discovering new places and meeting new people, so travelling make us happy.

OUR BEST TRAVEL EXPERIENCES

One of our best trips was to Georgia in winter time, where we've spend a week in, among others, Tbilisi, David Gareja and amazing Caucasus mountains. We've tried to hitchike through Balkan coutries like Croatia, Slovenia and Romania, all of them were really great experiences. During travelling to Philippines we had two days in Dubai in summer (and we don't recommend it as the time to visit UAE ;)) Although we have some destinations we would like to go most, for example Iceland and South America, almost every culture and every country has something unique for us what is worth to see.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Because of our living conditions only as surfers. Anyway we would like to become hosts sometime, when it will become possible for us :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Marta: Balkan cinema, absurd and thought provoking films, adventure or culture books, English nineteenth-century literature, music? It's hard to say, I like almost every kind of music (excluding disco, black metal), but not every piece ;) It depends.

Patryk: Travel&adenture literature, books and films about Polish history and foreign cultures. I like almost all sorts of music, but usually I listen Polish pieces.

For us it was start of travelling.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can tell you something about our country, city and also places we've visited, exchange experiences of travelling. Marta studies Serbian philology so if you're interested in Balkans she knows a little about it ;) We can also cook some meal from Polish cuisine, teach you some Polish words or bring something from Poland for you (alcohol, sweets, or maybe have you some special wishes?)
