ABOUT ME

Currently I am a PhD student under Erasmus+ exchange program at Goldsmiths, University of London. My major is Korean studies and international relations and in general I like studying, because I enjoy learning new information from different perspectives in different languages~ By saying this I mean I lived and study in South Korea and England and it was a marvelous experience that enriched me a lot! Besides, while doing my study there I tried to combine it with travelling around the country because I believe only in such a way you can know the country and its people better :)
Apart from this, I particularly enjoy volunteering! I participated in PyeongChang Winter Olympics and Paralympics 2018 in South Korea, 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia, XXIX World Winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk (Russia) and can just say all of these large-scale events were tremendously fantastic!
All in all, i try to be involved in many activities throughout my life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I'd like to share my cultural knowledge and experience with people all around the world and learn something interesting from them ;) Couchsurfing is one of the best way to pour yourself in different culture and enjoy a lifetime experience!

Interests

I'm fond of dancing, skating, skiing and doing handiwork :) I also like cooking and invent new dishes~ Sometimes when I have an inspiration I draw and write poems)
What's more, I love to be engrossed in preparing hand made stuff for various occasions, events and friends'birthdays.
At my university I like taking part in different conferences, forums both as a participant and an organizator.
I love travelling all around the world, learn new places, cultures, people and share my experience with them)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travel myself around London when I was 17 :) It was my first independant trip aboad alone and it was a real challenge and an amazing experience for me!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I enjoy sharing my travel experience an learn from people's I meet. Also I definitely like cooking something delicious (may be traditional or experimental) together!
