Hi everybody, I'm Marta and I live in Villafranca (Verona), close to the airport.
I'm 24 and I'm graduated in interpreting and translation in English and German in the diplomatic field, I'm about to finish my master degree in international relations and I work in a campsite in Peschiera del Garda as receptionist. I love what I'm studying and my job too, in fact I meet a lot of foreigners and I practice the languages I know.
I like learning languages by myself, as I did with Portuguese, it's a hobby.
I like dancing hip hop and reggaeton and going to clubs at weekends, I go to the gym three or four times a week :)
I'm very interested in discovering new cultures and exchanging opinions with people coming from different countries, religions, traditions. Be sure I will try to learn your language if we ever meet ;) I consider languages as the main bridge we create to get closer to different cultures.
I have an aim: to speak 8 languages before turning 35! I wanna learn Spanish, Arabic and Dutch, and maybe an African dialect ahah
I spent 5 months in Gent (Belgium) for my Erasmus and I LOVED it!!
I also spent 5 months in Lebanon for my last Erasmus of my master degree. This is where I learnt some Arabic.
I have visited 30 countries in the world so far :)
I love talking and finding out more about the lives of other fellows and I can assure you that you will not get bored in my company! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here mostly to find people all over the world who can host me when I go on holiday! Also I'd love to meet people just to hangout as I currently can't host anyone.

I learnt Portuguese in 3 months and took the certification exam and was able to get a B2 level 😂
