Hey folks,

After experiencing the Diaz de los Muertos in Mexico I quit my job and apartment to go on a world travel. I learned Spanish, Sailing and a bunch of other stuff in advance.
I was hitchhiking, sleeping in nature, and staying with people I just met through Latin America ....

Well my initial planned World travel turned out to be a gap year :p

It was the most intense time of life. Additionally to travelling I was on a pilgrimage in Spain and have done a yoga teachers class.
Now the last country during my gap year is India. So see you around.

I am quite balanced with myself, my wishes and this world. I know who I am and I have done quite a bunch of crazy stuff, with much to follow in the future.

I am confident and not afraid to speak to strangers. Oh and I speak with the right combination of honesty and sarcasm.

I am up for a lot of things. Especially going out in nature and doing Sports.I don't drink, smoke or anything, but I am up for social events like parties.

I like both, the extraordinary and seeking the beauty in the daily life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to come in touch with people actually living in the places I will visit. It's one of the most beautiful things about traveling. You have hostels and backpackers everywhere, and there is definitely nothing wrong about a good old hostel - backpacking trip. But actually to connecting to people is something completely different.
