Born and raised in Texas. I am 54, a grandmother, and live a pretty simple life. I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends and love getting together with family and friends. I haven't done a lot of traveling or had many adventures so, I love to hear stories from others about theirs and hope to some day be making my own. I am currently focusing on getting healthy and being more adventurous. I am not vegetarian but eat a mostly vegetarian diet and I enjoy trying new foods. I am a Girl Scout volunteer and love animals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Attending a coach summit with my daughter and we decided to stay an extra day to see a little bit of Indianapolis. We talked of doing this before and this trip offered the opportunity to do it.

Music, Movies, and Books

My tastes are pretty eclectic. I enjoy all kinds of music but not fond of rap. I mostly listen to classic rock and blues but what I listen to is generally determined by my mood. Same goes for movies and books, I'm pretty flexible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to Sicily and was at the birth of one of my grand-daughters.
