ABOUT ME
I like organising events to invite and enjoy friends or doing outside activities with friends. I try to have few friends who I know very well, and share anything and everything with.
However couchsurfing has brought me something else. Meeting people who live their life in a totally different way. It places things in perspective, and are always joyful experiences. For example surfers I hosted were freaked out by the amount of cheese we eat, and noticed things in my small City Delft which I hadn't noticed myself after 8 years.

I'm also in love with sailing, especially as a form of travel. I did trips like this in the Mediterranean and off the coast of Morocco.

I'm very open-minded, truly enjoy my life, and try to be kind to everyone.

PHILOSOPHY

Determinism is compliant with existentialism. Free will is an emergent property of a complex system.

O and the other thing. Truly live, and let live, in happiness, because that's all there is.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had many awesome adventures with my CS hosts in India, Nepal, Japan, Morocco, Ukraine, China, Singapore and hosted a diverse mix of people in my home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Broke into a circus at night to ride an elephant while being drunk with a friend. Very very nearly succeeded, no one got hurt, nothing got broken.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: Basic mandarin, philosophies, science stuff.
Learn: Cultures, ideas, everything!
Share: Experiences I've had in faraway countries, ideas, food and beer.
