Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just recently joined the CF-community after a friend introduced me to it. I went to the local meet-up and instantly loved the vibe!

Bad thing is, my wife doesn't like the idea of strangers sleeping over, so I have to put in some effort to convince her by showing how cool the community is and how nice it is to meet people. So for now, I just try to go to the meetings and surf a bit myself so she can see that we should open up our couch!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I always liked staying at friends places. I love to see how their normal lives go about. But for now I've only stayed at people I know beforehand. Would love to meet new people though!

Interests

I like food (cooking and eating), going on adventures and the outdoors.
I've got a keen interest in movies and going to live music shows and the occasional museum. I'm also very interested in history and I like to know how a place "ticks"
