ABOUT ME

I'm an easy-going girl that loves meeting new friends and listen to other people's point of view to have a more complete understanding of what surrounds me.. and there's always a lot to learn!

I am a sporty girl: I'm very fond of basketball and I've always played in a team since I was 5 yo but now I gave up. I like outdoor activities such as skiing, swimming, walking in the mountains and gardening. When the weather is ok I also enjoy running in the countryside.

I'm a Slow Food Gastronome so I'm interested in everything related to food, wine, beer and alcohols in general, made in a responsible way following high quality and sustainability criteria. I like traditional recipes and way of cooking and visiting small wine or food producers.

In the spare time I like visiting cultural events, photography exhibitions, going to concerts or to events about natural winemaking and craft food.

PHILOSOPHY

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In January 2010 I took part in a CS meeting in Turin and from then on I decided to register.

Interests

I like everything concerning gastronomy, so food culture and communication and sustainable agriculture most of all.
I usually spend a lot of time for cooking (when I was student much more), mostly sweets, and then I like playing basketball, hangin out with friends at aperitivo time, skiing and travelling.
Lately I've discovered a passion for photography and time by time I'm going deeper discovering some nice techniques.
I'm very fond of craft beers (I used to make it as homebrewer when I was at the university), wines and spirits in general.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like novels, food and wine books or magazines and books concerning environment, ecology and politics.

I really appreciate many types of music, depending on the period of life and the experiences, but the ones I like mostly are: reggae, dub, old punk and all rock'n roll variants. I prefer listen to indipendent music.
I also like watching movies and tv-series in their original language.
