Overview
About Me
I love outside. The time's I feel most alive are when I'm away from the business of life, in the mountains, on a lake, or in my tent with people I care about. I'm learning from life each step of the way letting experiences and people shape me into the person I was made to be. My lifestyle is active, and I try to be as healthy as I can, exercising, eating right, and letting my body rest and recover. I'm mostly an extrovert, but really enjoy time alone with a book or in prayer. I'm a follower of Jesus Christ and values I learn from the Bible shape my life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To have a roof over my head, and meet great people, in great places. Places are great sure, but memories aren't made from taking a picture in front of cool buildings, my fondest memories are learning how different people view life and what gives them life and a reason to live each day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was the first on scene when an elderly man collapsed on a steep slope on top of Krivan (Slovakia's National Mountain 2,495m). He hiked alone and had heart problems. I couldn't speak Slovak so after we brought him to flat ground others in my party took over asking him questions and taking care of him. Then he was airlifted to the hospital by a Mountain Rescue Helicopter.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to learn mostly anything!
I like to share perspectives on life. How other people view relationships, problems, death, faith, career, purpose, etc.
I can teach some about a healthy lifestyle, some about the Bible, rock climbing, hunting and fishing, knot tying, perhaps a little bit about several things.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My mom's delicious bread recipe.
