Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet locals and experience the culture first hands!

Also, you don't really know anyone's story untill you really talk to them. Everyone has a deep story, but it's hard to open up to a random person you meet in a hostel! I find hostel encounters to be shallow and short lasting. Couchsurfing provides that intimacy, where most CS'ers are genuinely willing to listen and share.
