I'm an agroecological forester, entusiastic in the permacultural approach, working with farmers around the landscape of Zona da Mata, inside one of the most beautiful nature mosaics in the world; a "hotspot of biodiversity" named Mata Atlantica biome (Brazilian Atlantic Forest). We live across montains with a great diversity of agricultural cultures, varying from pasture and cofee crops, to agroforestry systems and agroextrativism of the natural resources.
On my free time I do play "caxa" in a percussion group inspired by the Recife rithym, the Maracatu.

I am pleased with my home full of people talking and spreading knowledge of the most varied issues possible... since funny moments lived, good music heard and played, revolutionary questions and proactive environmental and social struggles !
