About Me

I grew up in East Berlin and left home at the young age of 16 for a student exchange to New Zealand. Have not been able to get rid of the travel bug since. I've always been curious about the 'other': other cultures, other people, how they live, work.
I'm currently working as a teaching and research assistant at TU Berlin

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

- Arriving in a strange place without knowing anyone just isn't cool
- Meeting new people and making friends all over the world is cool
- Firm belief in the idea of sharing what you have with others
- The easiest way to partake in another countries culture is to live with its inhabitants
-I honestly find other people's flats way more interesting than the copy-paste hotels all over the globe

Interests

Travelling, obviously.

Discovering life in all its shapes and forms – from the everyday to the extraordinary.
