We are a couple at the early thirties (33 and 30) and we love to travel and to discover new places all over the world. Both are passionated Volleyball players. Anyway we love sports and we like to spend our time out in the nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The last years, we've been travelling around Europe with our lovely VW-Bus. Now we gonna explore the world a little bit more far away than Europe. Unfortunately we cannot take our beloved bus with us. Therfore we need another way to sleep somewhere :-).

Interests

As we already said, we love different kinds of sports, being in nature and spending time with our friends and family. Me, Martin, I use to play in a Volleyball team and I studied Sports and Geography at the University. My girlfriend Anja was a Volleyball player as well in the second best league in Switzerland. She even used to play Beachvolleyball. Now she's looking for a new passion.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Martin: An amazing cycling trip for five and a half months from India to Switzerland through Iran, Turkey, Greece, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia and Italy with one of my best friends.

Anja: The world championship U18 in 2002 in Beachvolleyball.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We are really kind, nice, cheerful and open-minded. If you stay close to Basel, we would show you places to be or if wished, we could also make a journey together to a place somewhere in Switzerland.
