About Me
Hi,
I'm Martin, a 32 year engineer from Altenbeken near Paderborn. I love to travel and get to now new interesting people from all over the world.
I currently only work on writing a book about productivity and develop a software to block distractions on my mac. In the past I worked as an engineer for BASF and studied Industrial Engineering and Management in Paderborn.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really like to meet people from the local area and sleep at a private place instead of an hotel or hostel.
Interests
I love sports, reading books and travelling and get to know new people like you :)
I'm a generalist so I like to know as much about as possilbe about almost subject. Usually I read books about personal development like the Books form Napoleon Hill or Steven Covey. But I also read books about money and finance, the stock market, philosophy, science fiction, fantasy or online marketing.
Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite book is by far Siddhartha from Herman Hesse.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spend two weeks in the mountains near Novi Sad to talk with other interesting students and two professors from the University of Cambridge about life, personal development and the future of Europe.
Teach, Learn, Share
Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning. It's the best thing you can do to start a day!
