I host when I am in Belgrade and also ocasionally Couchsurf
when traveling.

Either as a host or as a guest,I met wonderful people and a lot of them will remain my friends for the rest of my life.

Interests

I like to travel and meet people, learn about their way of life. Now I am retiree and have more time to pursue it. Whenever possible, I like to travel by train.
Also prefer to travel roads less traveled.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekking to Everest base camp(altitude 5,500meters),Eastern Nepal, in April 2019 ,a 200 kilometers round trip,for 3 weeks without porter or guide.

Traveling down the Congo river on a cargo ship from Kisangani to Kinshasa in 2017,1700 kilometers for 24 days with over 100 people on board,an unforgettable experience.

A 46 day journey from Belgrade,Serbia to Beijing,China by train in 2012,on Trans-Siberian railways.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to sew,how to paint a room,furniture or house,how to do gardening,mix concrete or lay briks-to mention a few.
I am ready to learn anything that helps me communicate with people.
Share interesting travel stories and cooking recipes.
