We are a couple, Martina and Toste, from Sweden who are in Colombia right now, travelling, volunteering in different places and learning about the culture, natural medicine and yoga. We eat mostly sweet fruits, so South America is paradise for us food-wise. We also try and live as much as possible without the exchange of money. Hippies in other words ;)))

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few weeks ago, Toste was picking coconuts when a big stick-loving dog snatched the ladder. There was no other option than to slide down the trunk of the palm, like a fireman. Ouch.

We have a lot of knowledge about health that we love to share. Just know that we always speak truth from our hearts - it can be triggering ;) but truth is love.

We'd love to get tattooed.. we are however unable to pay with money at the moment, but we have other things to offer in exchange; we are health coaches and chefs (we can coach and cook and we have done catering), we have a high level of English, Toste has 10 years of experience in construction/drilling/mining, we make jewelry...
