我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am a fan of low-cost travelling and love to meet interesting people of all cultures and discovering new places, mostly in the nature. I believe it is a more fun way to learn from the others than from the internet, tv and books.

兴趣

I do yoga, mostly ashtanga and vinyasa flow, but I highly enjoy yin and restorative yoga as well . More than gaining flexibility and strenght I apprecciate the opportunity to have a moment to be just with myself and my thoughts and deepen the mind-body balance some people in modern world miss. I am interested in natural healing through body movement, diet and mind development and my dream is to get training in shiatsu massages and help people to restore their health.

For next year I am planning a trip to Asia.
