Overview
About Me
Oriental Studies student at the end of a couple gap-years before a postgraduate degree in History and Oriental Studies.
Love travelling and planning, but I'm starting to give up on rigid plans.
Worked as a library assistant – and will get back to the job as soon as I get the chance – because I absolutely love reading. In fact, I love any way of storytelling and have been taking theater classes to finally be able to become a storyteller myself.
Might have started travelling to create and collect stories from places around the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm only starting my couchsurfer career and my goal is: travelling on my own, in order to meet people from the place I visit, in order to see the world from a less touristic perspective.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: I love good old boring classics (e.g. War and Peace) and fantasy books. Secret Passion: Children Books.
Music: Sigur Ros is my favourite band of all time, but I could easily fall in love with anything from heavy metal bands to '80s disco music depending on the time of day.
Movies: Samsara (Ron Fricke, 2011), Arrival (Denis Villeneuve, 2016)
Teach, Learn, Share
"Some of us choose to live gracefully" is the description I try to adapt to.
"Happyness is only real when shared" is what I try to never forget.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm Italian, so obviously I can cook for you – preferably cakes and sweets, but I can make pizza from scratches. Also, I'm a language student, so I'd love to share some knowledge of Japanese and Japan culture if you're interested.
