About Me

Intento de periodista patagónico. Hincha de La Academia. Descreedor medio berreta.

----------------

Attempt of Patagonian journalist. Fan of "La Academia" (favourite football team). A bit cynical and skeptical.

Now starting a trip after returning to Venezuela, beloved country in which I lived a few years ago.

While traveling I take every opportunity to write, perphaps some day I get to live from what I like.

I recently discovered a new form of anti-stress evasion: knitting crochet. Although I am less than a rookie, I am also taking advantage of the trip to get better at that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

------------------

A good way to know the places you visit is to get to know its people, their customs, what they think about the world which surrounds them.

Music, Movies, and Books

-----------

It is something so extensive as to say that I like fantastic stories and science fiction, Argentine rock, but jazz and blues and tango (wich i dance a little) and Latin American folklore and so many things.

Being arbitrary in each category: "Morir de amor", a beautiful album of tangos and milongas by Soledad Villamil, "Braveheart" (for many reasons) and "Para comerte mejor", an extraordinary novel by Gudiño Kieffer.

--------------

So as not to incite your disappointment, I will say a vagueness like travel and share moments with people -that I hardly knew- in those trips (but then again, that is what it is all about: sharing).

Of course, one of the most shocking experiences I have experienced is the farewell procession of Hugo Chávez in 2013 and the whole process of the Bolivarian Revolution, from which I have written a bit.

Teach, Learn, Share

------------
(an argentine saying)

How would be the lagoon that takes a pig trot to cross it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

--------------

There is always mate, the healthiest energy drink in the world. And some woven bracelet (or other petit craft woven with dedication).
Besides the good vibes, of course.
