ABOUT ME

I'm 23 years old. I've just finished my bachelor in Roman Languages & Cultures at the university of Groningen. The 10th of April I will leave the Netherlands to travel to India and Southeast Asia. Some of my interests are yoga (in which I hope to start a teacher training in september) and singing :).

PHILOSOPHY

I once spoke with a Hindu man and I asked him why, in his opinion, Shiva created life and what was the goal of it. He answered: "Fun! What else?". I think, although this is a tough question, in the end I would like to agree with him.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I can't offer a place to stay as I will be travelling and don't have a new home yet. But when I'm back at whereever a couch will be available!

I've CouchSurfed once when I went to London and got a great and reliable place to stay. It was a lovely experience:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The moment I'd reached the 4000 meters high top of the chandrashila in the Indian Himalayas was quite a victory to me, I'm not much of a hero if it comes to such things :)
O and driving a 4-wheel drive for the first time in the Wahiba Sands (desert in Oman) was pretty cool :)
