About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy life, meet people and explore different cultures

ABOUT ME

A Dutch girl who likes to travel, meet people, talk and laugh. Interested to see every part of te world.

Expect for that I like to read a good book, have a glass of wine and learn about other cultures.

I ain't no musician. Even though I played the gitar for 4 years, I sucked at it.

Sounds ordinary? Definately not. Guess you'll just have to find out!

PHILOSOPHY

You're never fully dressed without a smile.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Planning to go couchsurfing next month through Europe with my brother. I've never been couchsurfing before, so I'm really curious about it! Hope to meet some nice and interesting people who can show us some parts of the city that's not really 'touristy'.. but if not, no problem! We will find our way. At least I hope so..

I like old people, yound people, children, puppy's. So all kind of people actually. There's a good chance that I will like you as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read a good book. I don't care at all if the book is romantic, funny or a thriller.. If it's a good story, I probably like it.

I really, really don't like movies where everybody ended up dead. I like the lot of movies, but mostly the 'chick flicks'.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As I said before, I spend 6 months in South-Africa as an volunteer in an orphanage. Had a great time!

I travelled for 4 weeks through the United States with my family and saw some amazing things. Things like The Grand Canyon, Las vegas and the Walk of fame.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm afraid I can't really teach you something. I don't have a strange hobby or anything like that. But ofcourse I can learn you how to speak Dutch.

I love to share my travelexperience with you. But I'm warning you.. If you are asking me about the 6 months I spend in South-Africa as a volunteer in an orphanage, I will probably talk for hours and hours.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Gambia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lesotho, Malta, Portugal, Senegal, Slovakia, Spain, Swaziland, Sweden, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States
