Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I like to travel and I think that beyond the turistic sites and the historical and cultural references it is local people who can best show you how in a day to day basis all this comes together to a way of living and bring up the most vivid insight about the places you visit.
Couchsurfing may create the opportunity to meet local people even just for a pleasurable chat.

Interests

I like travelling and hiking. I like theather, I've played in some amateur plays but lately I've been rather impersonating my self than any other character. I love food , experimenting new gastronomies and on occasions I make my self a chef for a special dish. I also like water related activities / sports like swimming, snorkelling, sailiing, take a stroll by the sea side, or climbing the rocks by the sea or just simply going to the beach .

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read although there are so many books and so little time. I read adventure books and criminals in adolescence. I liked some classics like Odysee, and Poetics . I loved Crime and Punishment, Wines of wrath and also the
portuguese nobel book namely "ensaio sobre a cegueira" or in english (Essay on) Blindness.

I occasionally see some movies, for instance, I liked Tarantino's Pulp fiction, Point break, The tree of life, Coen brothers film No country for old men and 21 grams.

I had a band in my teens Brigada do Saquinho, haven't you herad of it?! Besides that I listen pleasurably to other stuff too...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Riding a bike all by myself, for the first time, (without falling)...was amazing!
