ABOUT ME

I work hard, and I play hard. I've been a freelance photographer since 2001, but recently I started taking assignments in film production too.

I often find my self enjoying the simplest things, like grinding coffee by hand, listening to old vinyl records and just sitting outside letting the rest of the world hurry along without me. I guess it's kind of a yang, to the yin of a life in a business, that keeps moving faster and becoming more complex.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience, which was a very positive one, was in conjunction with the 60th Rally Finland in 2010, where I had go do a photo essay, but found out in the last minute, which meant that every hotel room in Jyväskylä was booked already. I then turned to couchsurfing and got in contact with a local rally fan, who hosted me for about a week, and was a great help in terms of planing and knowledge. We are good friends today and keep in touch.

I have also found it very enjoyable and useful, while travelling inside Denmark.

Interests

My work. My friends and family. Snowboarding. Cars. Motorbikes. Anything that makes me go faster, than my own legs can carry me, really.

Music, Movies, and Books

I recently got a record player, so I'm listening to my parents old 60's and 70's music. Dylan, The Band, Clapton, Hendrix, Bowie etc.

It just sound so much better than iTunes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not killing myself pretending to be a really driver on gravel covered mountain road in New Zealand, in a beat up old Ford Telstar.
