I'm a student here in the U.S. but I was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur!

Growing up in a multiracial country has given me the opportunity to adapt well through diversity, thus my love for learning and experiencing new cultures and experiences and I've always been up for spontaneous trips.

I'm almost entirely certain that I am up for learning a new language somewhere in the near future although I have not found myself in a time and place for it.

I really love meeting new people and learning foreign cultures! My staunch belief is that the best way to get to know a person's culture is through their food. I could literally spend hours talking about food and euphoric flavors.

I once walked 25 blocks down Eighth Avenue in New York in the mere hopes that it would be a spark to a fitness regime which never happened.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet and get to know new people! Traveling with someone bonafide to the area is always more fulfilling. I'm pretty new to couchsurfing, so I hope to catalyze my love for traveling into something more.

Interests

Love writing, traveling, photography, cooking, eating, and acting/theatre.

I competed in my high school drama team and joined my theatre club back in Malaysia.

I was cheerleading competitively throughout high school and in my first year of college. Competed in Australia once and my team was second runner up for our category!

I love learning languages but I've never committed to learning one. If you would be as so willing to teach me a language, I would flood you with gratitude.

If you love Parks and Rec as much as I do and see it as the pinnacle of the universe, we will definitely get along.

I love playing chess and completing sudoku puzzles. I once spent a short college break cooping myself in my room just doing sudoku puzzles.
