Overview
About Me
Hi there, I'm Maria. I live and study in Vienna, which I love for its great cultural life. I'm outgoing and friendly (or at least I try to be, it's on you to decide ;)). I love to hang out with my friends with a bottle of wine, sit around in Café's for hours and everything cultural from Museums to Theatre. When I travel, I love to really get to know a place. When I host people, I'm fine with everything from just offering a place to sleep to hanging out with people for three days in a row :D
I think it's very important that the people around me feel comfortable, so I try my best to find the best solution for everything. Myself, I need a lot of sleep, so I'm very thankful to hosts who have a quiet place to rest.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel! The honest answer is probably: I'm a Student, so I don't have any money to spare for hotels ;). But I also think, visiting a place while staying with a Host ist much more fun, and you always know which places to see :)
Interests
Reading (mostly Stuff for University or political books). Eating and Drinking Alcohol. Drinking great Coffee in beautiful places.
I love animals and sometimes we have foster cats at our place. I also have a horse, whose name is Grandiosa and who is just as unathletic as me ;)

Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to horseback ride on a chair ;)
I totally mastered the public transport in Vienna, so I can be really helpful with that. I can share my bike. I know how to crochet and sew, and all other kinds of creative stuff.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Humor and everything I have in my backpack. Also: Knowledge about random stuff.
