Music, Movies, and Books

I don't watch movies often... because I'd rather choose to go out with my friends than to stay at home and watch a movie... But I'm not telling that I don't like watching films... I just never can't to sit still for an hour and watch a movie...;D...
But the movie which I liked the most was "Les Enfants du paradis" (Marcel Carne, 1945).

And music... I like retro music... all old songs which our parents and grandparents used to listen when they were young as we are..:D... But that doesn't mean that I'm just listening Elvis Presley and nothing more... I also like older rock bands like Guns'n'Roses... And young ones - like Good Charlotte...
And that's not everything I also like rap music... country music...latino rythms...
It sounds that I'm listening everything... But that's not truth ;D... I'm not tend to listen the radio hits... and do not like jazz... and techno...
Some nowadays bands which I like to listen: Bon Jovi, Bryan Adams, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Baseballs, Lenny Kravitz, U2, Oasis, Reamonn...

And books... I never want to read the books which are very popular now... I would rather choose a classic ones, for example - A. Dumas "Three Muskeeters", E.M. Remarque "All quiet on the Western front"... Because I think that it is worth to read the books which is popular for decades or centuries... And also I like poetry... I like the way poets see the world...

I always think that the best way to know better other countries, you have to know the people... So the main important thing while I'm traveling is to see the life of that country...

And of course when you are spending just few days in the country... you are not able too see everything... so it is very good when someone who lives there recommend you the most important places...I would like to meet such people in countries I am going to visit...

For example my country - Lithuania... this country may not be atractive for people from richer and biger countries... But if Lithuanian people would show the places they are proud of... the places they like to visit.. tell the meaning of it...it is different... I could be that someone who would be able to represent Lithuania for you...;)...
