Hello, my name is Marty, I am a pirate that sleeps on the ocean.
I would be glad to offer up to four guests a day out sailing if you're passing through Squamish from Vancouver or Whistler. Unfortunately I am no longer able to host overnight guests while docked at the Marina. We can still plan sailing trips out into Howe Sound and the local Squamish bay area.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am looking to share stories and laughs with other fellow pirates that are roaming the couchsurfing seas. Particularly interested in planning with safety conscious experienced sailors and fishermen that are game for a trip out to sea for a few days to really enjoy the open water.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Anyone is welcome aboard for a day sail if you share common sense values of mutual respect to get along in the boat. We can discuss trips out into Squamish Harbour and beyond in the Vancouver Pacific Island Channel if weather is permitting. There is a Kayak aboard and fishing/crabbing gear if you have a license. Unfortunately no overnight hosting possible while docked at the Marina.
