Finished a gap year traveling, now in Seattle working as a software developer at Amazon.

I've spent the last few years really enjoying and growing my outdoor interests. I've grown to love hiking, backpacking, skiing, climbing, and star gazing. I spent 4 years playing ultimate frisbee in Sacramento, California. I started scuba diving during my travels and fell in love with it. I'm passionate about new experiences, people, and perspectives. I value learning, empathy, emotional intelligence, and a challenge. My most recent interests were acting/improv and bartending. I'm always excited to meet new people and visit new places.

I studied computer engineering at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was a great experience and I finished with my Bachelors and Masters. I spent the last 5 years working at Intel in northern California as an engineer. I was ready for a change in career, so I left my job in September 2017 to travel before starting another career or studying something new in university.

I am looking forward to meeting locals in the places I visit who enjoy sharing their culture. I am also happy to meet travel partners who are like-minded and share a mutual connection with each other.
