Hi! I'm Martyna. I'm a civil engineering student and I work in design company.
I'm easy-going, happy person, who try to find the positive side in every situation. Usually I do a lot of things at the same time, which is sometimes annoying, but I really try to control it :D.
I love to experience new things, especially when it comes to sports, travels, food (mostly desserts), music and science.
I feel at home when I'm close to nature, that's why my favourite places on earth are mountains and forests.
Of course I also like travelling, especially hitchhiking. It gives me the sense of freedom and opportunity to meet random people, with great energy, which can sometimes change the whole trip ;).

I try to use good every day and find the best ways in my life :).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I guess, as most CS, I love to travel. It enable me to see the beauty of the world and - which is essential - meet people, get to know their stories, thinking and their way of life. Couchsurfing gives a great opportunity for it.
In addition who can show the best places in the areas than locals?
And of course sometimes it's good to sleep in normal place during long journey :D.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: mostly blues, folk, rock, jazz, funk, instrumental. I could not live without music in everyday life. I love also going to concerts!

Books: I like travel, adventure and fantasy books and reports. I have few favourite writers, but usually I read everything what fall into my hands.

Movies: adventure and animated movies, comedies, westerns and documents.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you're interested I can learn you sth from civil engineering , I can show you my country, tell about It's history and the best places to visit.
In addition I can learn you the basics of climbing, because that's one of my favourite way of spending free time :).
I can also give you salsa lesson :D
