ABOUT ME

I was born and grew up in Argentina. A language teacher and world traveler with a passion for music and dance, I have always loved meeting people from all over the world.
I traveled in several countries in Europe and Latin America until I came to the US in 2001 to teach Spanish in a public school in Salem MA.
While living in Salem I got interested in yoga, and also Reiki and other forms of alternative therapies.
My son was born in 2005 (I am a single mom) and 2 years later I decided to quit school teaching for a while and pursue my interest in a more whole way of life. I moved to Tulum, Mexico where I also learned about other healing therapies, organic food and sustainable agriculture.
I am a doula and a Childbirth Educator. I have helped women during pregnancy , birth and postpartum in the US, Mexico and now in Bahia Blanca, Argentina, where I live.

I think that my gift is to see other people's potential and , as an educator or life coach, I help them see it for themselves. I like helping people go through life transitions, so they can find their own paths in life.

I found about couchsurfing in June 2010, when I was traveling in the USA with my son, Jose who had just turned 5. My plan was to show him more of his country and enjoy life spending time together, while he is learning about the world. We are homeschooling...or 'worldschooling' !

I believe we were born to be free and happy, and we can achieve this through pursuing our interests with passion, and learning to love and respect our world and other human beings.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being present while a baby is being born and a woman is becoming a mother. An amazing spiritual experience, an every day miracle.
