About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"Your life is your message to the world. Make sure it's inspiring."
“We travel not to escape life, but for life not to escape us.”
“The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page.” – Saint Augustine

ABOUT ME

I am an open-minded, friendly, and adventurous person who loves experiencing new things, especially those that bring a bit of adrenaline. I approach every opportunity with positivity and am always eager to try something new!
PHILOSOPHY

I believe that challenges shouldn’t be seen in a negative light, as each one has the potential to guide us toward a new path of self-discovery.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm excited to return to Couchsurfing after a seven-year break! I previously hosted many wonderful people while volunteering in Slovenia and continued hosting during a year living in Canada. Now, I’m looking forward to sharing this experience with my husband and our two lovely daughters. It would be amazing to introduce them to the world of discovery and connection with people from diverse cultures.

Interests

I have a passion for traveling and meeting new people. I enjoy playing the piano and spent three years teaching it. I’m drawn to culture—whether it’s theater, cinema, or music. Working with kids is something I truly love, as their energy inspires me!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like clasical music what is not so common in my generation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve embraced stepping out of my comfort zone many times! I completed the EVS in Postojna, Slovenia, drove solo for 1,200 km across Canada, and have lived in five countries for over two months each. Traveling alone with my young daughters was another unforgettable experience. Everything I’ve seen along the way has been amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmmm :) so I think I am really good in planning trips:) I could give you some tips, I can help you with arranging of your traveling. I can teach you Czech language and something from slovenian language. I can tell you how to travel in cheap way, how to become EVS volunteer and spend one year abroad.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd be thrilled to help plan your trip—I'm passionate about making sure no sight goes unseen! I love sharing my culture, so I’d be happy to cook some traditional Czech dishes for you. And if you have a piano and want to learn, I’d love to teach you how to play!
