Overview
About Me
Hello everybody! :-) My name is Marvin and I am originally from the North-West of Germany, very close to the Netherlands. So far, I travelled to many countries all around the world and lived for a while in Southern China (Guangdong), Northern China (Beijing) as well as in Incheon, South Korea. If you want to get more insights into life in Germany, I can definitely help you with that!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The reason why I am on Couchsurfing is definitely to meet new, interesting people from all over the world! ;-) It's always awesome to make friends from different countries and to share interesting stories of our lives. Feel free to contact me!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love electronic music, especially deep house and techno! I love going to music festivals and my favorite DJ is definitely Oliver Heldens :-) Otherwise, I also like listening to US-American as well as German hiphop.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing travel experiences I had so far was in Mongolia, for sure. Driving through this huge country with a Russian van for hours while seeing nothing but desert, definitely gives you a feeling of freedom. It was really awesome to see a country that is more than five times bigger than Germany, but has only three million inhabitants. And the landscapes there were definitely amazing...
If somebody is interested in talking about travel destinations, I would definitely love to share more stories and to listen to your experiences! I love to get inspired by other people.
What I Can Share with Hosts
First of all, I can definitely offer to share some interesting stories about me and my travels! I love to talk to people as well as to get to know more about all cultures. Otherwise, I could support you with everything haha, just let me know in advance. On top of that, I like drinking and getting to know the different alcoholic drinks from various countries. Let me know if you want to try some traditional North German alcohol! :)
