BEFORE anything, something must be clear: I DO NOT surf to save money or make anything cheaper. I have a good job im Brazil and have no financials poblems to stay by my own. I do CS because I'm totally keen on the cultural exchange and in meeting good people around the world, so I expect the same attitude of thoses I'll come to host.
