About Me

I am friendly, charming and supportive.
I am a person committed to support youth and vulnerable children( rejected, from poor families and orphans) in my area, donating money and stationery, sending them to school, feeding them and guiding them to attain prosperity in their future and careers. My overseas friends' donations and part of my business income goes into such support. I have dedicated one of my house to be a home for the vulnerable children. My future plan is to expand the buildings in the space still available, that I own here and other locations, to serve as a home and a school for the kindergarten and pre school kids. My visitors can participate (not a must) with kindergarten and pre school kids (2 to 5 years old) in sports, taking care, singing, feeding, preparing food for the kids, teaching them how to read and write are welcome ( qualifications not necessary).
I am a Founder of Pelazia Secondary School. I can organise for a volunteer program for visitors who can support students (secondary school) in various programs including teaching English, French, arts and handcraft making, sports and music.

ABOUT MY HOME

My home is a semi finished house (still undergoing finishing; but already with beds and mattresses, electricity, furniture, kitchen and cooking equipment and running water). It is in Musoma town, 1km from Bweri bus stand, 5km from town center, 55km from Serengeti National Park entry gate and 1/2 km from Lake Victoria shores. The house is on a 1 acre land ( there is still a large open area for gardening, children play, and construction of new buildings), contain two sleeping rooms, one living room and a little kitchen.
Long stay is allowed especially for volunteers, but can also organize accommodation at a nearby location for more visitors at a time.

ABOUT TRANSPORT

The nearest airport Mwanza 220km, bus transfer is available from Mwanza to Musoma costing $5 per passenger. Public transport known as "dala dala" in Mwanza and Musoma costs not more than $0.5 per trip. I can also organisé a private car drive from Mwanza airport to Musoma for $100 per trip. I will always organisé myself to take you around my town to various attractions and available cultural events including wedding ceremonies in order to expose you to local culture and lifestyles.

SPECIAL FOOD/DIET

I can offer African and Indian dishes, but If you are a vegetarian don't worry, vegetables gardens are available for any food stuff you will prefer, and you can cook for yourself on a two plate gas cooker.
Please check my PHOTOS for reference of what I am doing.
