I'm a student currently living in the amazing city of Berlin. I love experiencing different cultures and meeting open-minded people from all over the world.
A quick note about my language skills: I speak English, but my German is still at a very beginner level. One of my biggest goals right now is to learn and practice German! So, if you are a native speaker or fluent in German and don't mind having some basic, patient conversations with me, I would absolutely love that. Of course, English is totally fine too!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

As a student living in Berlin, I don't always have the time or budget to travel the world right now. So, I decided to let the world come to me!
​I joined Couchsurfing because I love the idea of cultural exchange and building connections with people from different backgrounds. Even though my apartment is small, I want to offer a safe and welcoming space for travelers visiting this amazing city.
​Most importantly, I am here to practice and improve my German! Connecting with native speakers or fellow language learners through this platform is a huge motivation for me. I look forward to sharing good conversations, simple meals, and great stories with my guests.

Intereses

Learning German! This is my biggest focus and interest right now. Besides languages, I love exploring the vibrant streets of Berlin, discovering cozy coffee shops, and just walking around the city.
I am always excited to learn about new cultures, try new food, and have good conversations!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Teach: I would love to teach you about Kurdish culture, our traditions, and maybe even teach you a few words of my native language! I can also show you how to make a really good cup of Kurdish tea..

​Learn: GERMAN! As I mentioned, I am a beginner and very eager to practice my conversational skills. Aside from languages, I always love learning about different countries, your travel experiences, and your perspective on the world..

​Share: I can share my cozy little apartment in Berlin, some good tea or coffee, and my experience of living here as a student. We can share life stories, simple meals, and just enjoy a relaxed and friendly conversation..

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Even though my main focus right now is hosting here in Berlin, whenever I travel and stay with someone, I make sure to be a respectful, tidy, and easygoing guest.

I can offer to cook a simple but delicious Kurdish meal or brew some authentic Kurdish tea for us to enjoy. I am always happy to help with the dishes, keep the space clean, or assist with any daily chores around the house.

I also bring good energy, stories about my life as a student, and my Kurdish heritage. And of course, I am always up for a fun language exchange!
