Overcoming Depression

I have been diagnosed with chronic anxiety and depression for years. With the help of my therapist, strong support system, and my strong will to continue living, I've overcome depression. Getting out of that dark place taught me to appreciate life more, to be emphatic and kind to others as we don't know the silent battles everyone is facing.
