Overview
About Me
I'm a positive weirdo, ambitious and curious creature. I often get overwhelmed with the need to do something meaningful in life, but not knowing what exactly or how.
I enjoy talking about funny nonsense just as much as discussing the meaning of life, universe and everything.
Disclaimer: I only accept friend requests from people I actually know. I have marked on my profile "wants to meet up" because I can't host, so please don't send requests to host you.
Currently studying for a BSc in Psychology. I used to be a quite spiritual person, but the science got to me and now I am often unsure of my own beliefs. I am a vegetarian.
My motto is "Do what you want and want what you do".
Favourite quote:
I do believe we’re all connected. I do believe in positive energy. I do believe in putting good out into the world. And I believe in taking care of each other.” - Harvey Fierstein.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I signed up years ago as a teenager to experience a different perspective and I feel that the people I have met on CS positively affected my understanding of the world and there are no words good enough to express how happy I am about it. I am here to meet awesome people from all over the world.
I've hosted several times (check my references), people say I'm a pretty good guide, I know a lot about Vilnius history and I definitely know the best spots, and if you're interested I might be able to give you a tour if I am there myself.
After almost two years in London, I finally feel like I could give someone something resembling a tour, but no historical facts though.
Interests
I like a good walk. If I have the time I'll walk to places. Walking home from university takes me 2.5h (40min on a bus).
I like to listen to podcasts. I used to read a lot of books, but university happened and now it's mostly research articles and textbooks. I recently started learning coding and that's lots of fun. I play a lot of video games too. I'm hoping to find time next term to take up dance classes.

Music, Movies, and Books
I've been reading books since I'm 6 or maybe even 5, and started watching movies even younger so it's hard to point out just few movies, though I have to say Cloud Atlas made a big impression on me, Interstate 60 is one of the best comedies, there's also Amelie, Howls Moving Castle, Mr. Nobody, Moulin Rouge, Fifth Element and many more, so if You like movies I'm sure we could have a long conversation about it =)
I listen almost to every type of music, especially if it has the spark that makes you want to dance :) I've been to The Prodigy concert, I go to psytrance raves and I like classical music too.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't know, I'm alive and that's amazing, but I'm not sure I've done anything, though I've been told that I'm humble
Teach, Learn, Share
I've always been interested in foreign languages I'm eager to learn and teach the ones I know.
I'm happy to share any knowledge or skill I've gained in life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer a nice conversation or a comfortable silence.
I can try and explain various psychological theories if anyone's interested. I also like sharing random facts.
I am happy to try and cook dinner too.
