About Me

They call me the Gentle Giant. I adore orange juice. I like to learn. Like the nerdy microbiologist that I am, I did research in genetics and biochemistry for a couple years for fun and suffering. I have worked as a barista, bartender, bike mechanic, and babysitter/nanny, but I am currently a medical scribe. I'd like to go to med school to be a doctor eventually if I can.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing things: listening to nice music, reading lovely books, stretching, sighing, bike riding, mountain biking, hiking, camping, climbing trees, kayaking, bouldering, going someplace new, watching films, hanging out with lovely people, drinking good beers, puns, eating maybe too much ice cream too fast, eating good foods, petting moss, smelling herbs, smelling flowers, sunset/firefly/star/sunrise gazing, the list goes on.

Teach, Learn, Share

"Be soft. Do not let the world make you hard. Do not let the pain make you hate. Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness. Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree, you still believe it to be a beautiful place." -Iain S. Thomas
