Hey! We’re Maegan and Mary, two exchange students who just spent the last few months living together and studying in Sheffield. Maegan is from Georgia, US and Mary is from Germany.

Some facts about us:
Maegan has picked up Lacrosse again and got into going for walks since she can actually get around by foot here. However, both activities end up in having a chill day in when it's pouring down. Maegan is fun to be around since she laughs a lot and doesn't take herself too seriously.
Mary loves photography and could talk about creative and cultural stuff all day. She likes to discover nice places around the city and is never scared to try out new things.
Both of us enjoy going to the peak district, thrift shopping or going for coffee.

We wanna finish our exchange semester with a trip to the south of England and wanna use Couchsurfing to get to know more local brits.

We both like listening to Rock and Pop Punk (Linkin Park, Falling in Reverse, Paramore etc). While Maegan is also into Country Music and RnB, Techno Music can be heard coming out of Mary's speaker.

When it comes to movies, Maegan likes to watch Coming of Age-Romcoms and Mary enjoys any genre, especially Crime Movies.

Mary loved the Tongariro Crossing in New Zealand and Maegan took her first solo trip by moving from the States to Sheffield.

Apart from sharing cultural insights, we're a good team at cooking: Mary makes the food (although probably no german dishes), Maegan cleans up afterwards.
