As an adult, I have moved to five different cities, including two outside of my home country, where I knew no one upon arrival. I like to think there is always an amazing community wherever you are, you just have to go out and create it yourself. As a result I have friends from all different nationalities, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities.

Over the years I've learned that I'm a pretty spontaneous traveler so last minute trips tend to be my main way to travel based on an inexpensive ticket or last minute opportunity to visit a friend or family. When I am traveling I love to explore the best food, drinks, and music wherever I am.

I'm on couchsurfing to connect with new people and remain a tourist in a city I love and call home. I also have been fortunate to have met strangers who were kind during my solo travels and I feel that couch surfing will constantly be that, strangers helping each other out.
