My husband and I are laid back travelers from the US. We love meeting new people, which is why we like Airbnb and hostels, and I love languages. Looking forward to trying couch surfing and hosting folks when we get home!

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

So many books! I read a great deal, so I'm always into something interesting. I think my current favorite book is actually "How to Win Friends and Influence People", but for fiction I really loved "The Count of Monte Cristo". I've read most of the classics and enjoy sarcastic banter about them, if you're into that.

Music- husband and I are musicians, so we like a wide variety and can also nerd out about that for days. Lately I've been really into Pink Floyd, Kaiser Chiefs, Keane, Radiohead, Abandoned Pools, and Heron Oblivion, though I have a strong classical background and play a lot of Tchaikovski and Chopin.

Movies- I'm one of the biggest Robin Williams fans, so Hook and Aladdin are my favorites, but I also love Vertigo, Casablanca, V for Vendetta, and Howl's Moving Castle.

Last summer my husband and I got married. The summer before that we went on a 9200 mile road trip around the US with a friend and her two year old! This summer we're taking a late honeymoon and backpacking Europe for a few months :D

Ensine, Aprenda, Compartilhe

I love to practice languages because I don't get the chance to do that at home, but I've been a teacher for years and really like tutoring things like math, music, and science. I will happily help you study any of the languages I'm studying and don't mind doing some IT work. I love playing piano and guitar and we can have a singalong if you have them at your place!
