About Me
When you plan nothing, anything can happen!
I'm not into social networking, I prefer real life, a real discussion. So talking about myself isn't easy, and selling myself to get attention even less so. I'm better in real life.
But if I want you to be my guest, I'll have to tell you more about myself... so here's an overview. Also, English isn't my first language... so forgive me if I make mistakes...
I love nature, hiking and traveling! I now live in British Columbia because I've discovered that life isn't just about working, it's about living life! I live camping in the summer while working, and in the winter I set off to discover new horizons.
I'm a sporty person, I practice Qi Gong and meditation daily, walking 15 or 20 km a day to enjoy a city or the countryside is part of my travels. I've learned a lot about myself while traveling, I used to be an anxious... On my first trip alone in Europe, I had planned everything: hostel, bus, schedule for each museum, cathedral, etc. I was very anxious. Yes, I've changed a lot, and now I'm leaving with little or no planning. That's what traveling's all about: leaving room for the unexpected, so that anything can happen.
Je suis davantage francophone qu’anglophone .
Au plaisir de vous rencontrer 🌸
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like meeting people, but I avoid tourist areas. I prefer to sleep in a dormitory than to sleep in a 5-star hotel. Contact with people and sharing is important especially when traveling.
I want to know more about culture, and you can't find it in a fancy hotel. I prefer authentic, modest people who find their balance outside social networks.
